“Start by doing what’s necessary; then do
what’s possible; and suddenly you are
doing the impossible”
Francis of Assisi
Mental health affects all areas of our life, sometimes making it impossible to do what is necessary. Necessities such as eating well, getting good sleep and connecting with others can feel impossible to achieve. When you start doing what is necessary, you can start doing what is possible. What is possible is endless and can feel overwhelming and impossible to achieve. When you start with achieving small possibilities, one minute at a time, one hour at a time, one day at a time, you feel lighter, your mood improves, and you are engaging with life. You are now doing what you initially thought was the impossible.
If you are:
- persistently experiencing low mood or anxiety
- have had a relationship breakdown
- experiencing family, friend or workplace conflict
- struggling with parenting
- need assistance to re-engage in the world
- have had trauma
- have a phobia
- feeling socially isolated or
- are diagnosed with or suspect you have a mental health disorder
I can provide non-judgemental listening, guidance, help, support, hope, a smile and even a laugh!
Medicare and private insurance rebates are available.
